Mikayla (manager) is very rude and doesn’t take responsibly for her or her employees actions. Definitely did not feel welcomed at this location while she was working. I have been here many times when other managers were working and had a great experience, but I do not want to come back to this location if she treats customers with disrespect.

I like to say that if Panera is an option, it's the only option. This location is no exception. Only negative I have for this one is on the day I was there, the restroom was.... Less than impeccable.
